At UGC Copilot, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans and credit packages.
2. Subscription Refunds
New Subscriptions: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 20% of your monthly credits. This allows you to try the platform with minimal risk.
Unwanted Renewals: If your subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits from the new billing cycle.
3. Credit Add-On Packages
All credit add-on package purchases are non-refundable. Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds on add-on purchases.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@ugccopilot.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your profile page.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
